It is the responsibility of the Customer to inform me prior to the confirmation of their booking of any allergy issues. It is the responsibility of the Customer to inform their guests of all allergy information and accordingly the Supplier will not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from consumption of the cake.
We prefer at least three (3) days notice for all orders, as we are continually booked in advance. We will however, where availability permits accept short notice cakes.
Any Products ordered from a picture or photo of a product produced by any other cake maker, will be replicated in the best of our ability and will NOT be an exact reproduction of the product in the picture or photo.
Some of our cakes and baked goods may include non-edible decorative elements, including but not limited to:
Tiered, sculpted, or specialty cakes may contain internal structural supports necessary to maintain stability and prevent collapse. These items are not edible and must be removed before serving or consuming the product. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all non-edible decorations are removed prior to serving, especially when serving children.
You are responsible for informing anyone serving the cake about the presence of these items. You will ensure all non-edible components are removed before consumption. Yazzi Cakes is not liable for injury or damage resulting from failure to remove non-edible items prior to serving.
“These products are made in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department.” By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that our products are produced in a home kitchen under Cottage Food Law regulations and not in a commercial kitchen facility.
